Shakib Khan starrer ‘Rajkumar’ is going to release on Eid festival. Film makers have started preparing for the release of this movie directed by Himel Ashraf. As part of the campaign, the trailer of the movie ‘Rajkumar’ will be unveiled at Burj Khalifa in the United Arab Emirates on Shakib Khan’s birthday, said Arshad Adnan, the producer of the movie.
He said, ‘Me, Himel and Shakib Khan sit together and make various plans on how to highlight Bengali cinema more in the world. One of them is the unveiling of ‘Rajkumar’ trailer at Burj Khalifa. We want to show the trailer of the movie at Burj Khalifa on Shakib Khan’s birthday on March 28. I have completed all the formalities for this. I will get confirmation within two days.’
He said, not only Bangladesh, Rajkumar will be released in different countries of the world including USA, London, Middle East, Canada, India.
Referring to ‘Rajkumar’ as an international quality movie, Shakib said, “Rajkumar’ is a movie, which we truly call an international movie. The movie is going to be released simultaneously in many countries.”
He said, “We need more industrial producers like Arshad Adnan. An impossible dreamer. ‘Priyatma’ is an example. The movie ‘Priyatma’ has been screened with success in various parts of the world.”
‘Rajkumar’ revolves around family relationships and the journey of a young dreamer from Bangladesh to America. American actress Courtney Coffey is acting as Shakib’s heroine in it. A few days ago Courtney came to Bangladesh and finished the shooting of her part. Apart from this, veteran drama-film actor and director Tariq Anam Khan has played the role of Shakib’s father.
