New Delhi: Adani Group is laying a lot of emphasis on port business. The business of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, India’s largest commercial port operator company, is growing rapidly. The company is continuously working on new ports. Now Adani Group company Adani Ports has purchased Gopalpur Port of Shapoorji Pallonji Group located in Gopalpur, Odisha. Shapoorji Pallonji Group came out in a statement confirming that it has sold Gopalpur Port to Adani Ports. This deal has been done for Rs 3350 crore. The company said in a statement that earlier Dharamtar Port was handed over to JSW Infrastructure Ltd. was sold at an enterprise value of Rs 710 crore.
