jpnn.comNABIRE – Chairman of the DPW PAN for Central Papua, Deinas Geley, highlighted the many reports of election dispute cases to the KPU and Bawaslu in his region.
He said this resulted in many negative reactions from various parties towards the election organizers.
Deinas also deeply regrets what the KPU and Bawaslu Central Papua have done in carrying out the election process yesterday, which is alleged to have injured democracy.
In their report, it was reported that the KPU and Bawaslu Papua Tangah were members of the legislative candidates competing in the 2024 legislative elections.
Deinas considers this to be an irony or setback for an organization in maintaining its integrity.
“I really regret that in the current era of digital modernization, there are still unscrupulous KPU and Bawaslu employees doing dirty things like that,” he said in a press release, Thursday (28/3).
“Of course this is a hard slap for us and an irony for the organization,” he continued.
On the other hand, Deinas, who also served as a member of the Puncak Jaya KPU, said that the Central Papua KPU and Bawaslu should be able to keep up with current developments.
