If this Easter you don’t know what to cook and you fancy a fish dish but without complications in the kitchen, we leave you this recipe for easy, tasty dinner with only two ingredients that you can prepare in minutes.

Microwaved hake slices

Using the microwave we can prepare this dish in just a few minutes, obtaining a protein-rich preparation, Low in carbohydrates and with very few calories and fats.

It is microwaved hake slices they only require four slices of hake, one tomato and a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and we can add herbs, spices, salt or pepper to our liking.

We will begin by placing the hake loins in a microwave safe dishadding salt and pepper if desired at this time.

We add a little extra virgin olive oil on top of the hake slices, and tomato slices half a centimeter each on top.

If we wish, we add fresh chopped or dehydrated herbs to our liking and can use a mixture of thyme, oregano or others.

To finish, we add four or five tablespoons of water and put it in the microwave oven to cook at maximum power for four minutes.
