BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital around 3 pm on Saturday due to her deteriorating health condition. Khaleda Zia’s personal doctor A ZM Zahid Hossain gave this information around 3:30 last night.
Earlier, former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia’s health condition deteriorated last midnight. Then the members of his medical board went to Gulshan’s residence at night and did a health check-up. On the advice of the medical board, it was decided to take him to the hospital at night. After that, Khaleda Zia was taken to Evercare Hospital around 3 pm. He was admitted for treatment immediately after being taken to the hospital.

Last Wednesday, Khaleda Zia’s physical condition worsened. After that, the members of the medical board consisting of doctors went to Khaleda Zia’s residence in Gulshan, conducted some health checks on her and treated her at home.
Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka on August 9 last year. After more than five months of treatment, the BNP chairperson returned to his home in Gulshan on January 11.
