With the aim of entertaining the Salvadoran public, the Ministry of Culture reported that it is starting the National Theater Festival, which will be free and will take place in the national theaters of Santa Ana, San Salvador and San Miguel.

The internationally known story of the Brothers Grimm arrived at the Great Hall of the National Theater of San Salvador, in a production by Circus Contemporaneum, as part of the first day of the National Theater Festival developed by the Ministry of Culture through the National Directorate. of Arts, within the framework of the world day dedicated to the art of the stage.

Likewise, in the Small Room, the collective creation “El eco de la culpa” was presented, the graduation work of the students of the CENAR Diploma in Theater.

The presentations will continue this March 27 with “El eco de la culpa”, directed by Santiago Nogales, at 5:00 pm, in the Small Room of the National Theater of San Salvador. It is a piece for people over 15 years old.

In the Great Hall of the same capital theater, Moby Dick will present “Vecinas”, at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, for people over 15 years old.

For the western area, the festival arrives with “Amor de don Perlimplín y Belisa en su Jardín”, by Alboroto Teatro, at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, for people over 12 years old.

While to the east at the Francisco Gavidia Theater, the Galera Teatro will present “Romero, later, again, the night”, for people over 12 years old, at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm
