Mr. Famil Sabitov, special notary of notary office No. 1, opened real estate companies in two European countries.
The office in question has special clients. Notarial services are mainly provided here for official institutions, state-owned companies, high-ranking officials and their affiliated companies. Most of the required documents and power of attorneys related to numerous companies founded due to suspicious or even corrupt funds transported abroad from Azerbaijan, especially to European countries, are approved and archived in this office.
Famil Sabitov registered his first company in Europe – FASEKASA SRO on January 28, 2008 in the Czech capital (registration number: C 134552).
According to the documents, 50 percent of the company belongs to Famil Sabitova, born in 1965, registered on Alikhanli Street, and the remaining 50 percent belongs to his wife, Sevda Sabitova, born in 1965. According to the 2016 financial report, the real estate company’s assets are 8 million Czech crowns, or about 350 thousand dollars. Through this company, the Sabitov family owned real estate at Jeřabinová 5 in Prague.
The Sabitov family’s main investment country is Germany. On November 2, 2011, Famil Sabitov registered SESA IMMOBILIEN GMBH with certificate No. 211845 at the Charlottenburg Court of Justice of the German capital with the participation of his wife and Aida Suleymanova, a teacher of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, a notary translation service provider. Partners invested 2 million 428 thousand euros in real estate in Germany through this company only in 2013. Since July 2017, the company continues to operate in Hannover.
Another company named TAMCO IMMOBILIEN GMBH is registered at GINSTERWEG 4, D-31515 WUNSTORF, near Hanover, where the company is registered. Its founders are Aida Suleymanova and her husband Salman Suleymanova.
It is interesting that in the documents of this company, the place of residence of Sevda Sabitova and her partners is not in the Republic of Azerbaijan, but in the Czech Republic.
Aida Salmanova’s wife and brother-in-law Azer Suleymanov, one of the partners of NEW WAY COMPANY SRO (“Yeni Yol”), registered in the Czech Republic in 2010, is Tural Mustafazade, son of Telman Mustafazade, special notary of notary office No. 3.
