Witnesses captured the moment in which a ostrich escaped from a Zoo for later run free through the streets of South Korea.

Several residents of the city of Seongnam, located in South Korea, managed to capture the exact moment in which an ostrich escaped from a zoo and began to run through the streets freely.

According to local media, the animal called Tadori was seen running on public roads, which caused the surprise of the inhabitants of this city, who did not take long to take out their cell phones to record the event.

It was also revealed that the ostrich escaped from an ecological park after finding a small space between the fences of the place.

Furthermore, this event occurred after his companion Yasuni died last month, which caused the animal to have signs of stress and aggression.

After an hour of running through the streets, the ostrich was captured near a building in Sangdaewon-dong, Seongnam.

Likewise, it was reported that there were no injuries while the animal was free on public roads; however, the ostrich had some bruises on its legs, but they have already been treated.

It should be noted that this species is recognized as one of the largest and heaviest birds on the planet, in addition to being the fastest after reaching a speed of 48 to 70 kilometers per hour.
