For his part, Miguel Torruco pointed out that he perceived an abandoned mayor’s office, lacking basic services and with an absence of leadership, stating that never as in the last three years has the district suffered so much indifference and inefficiency on the part of the authority in charge.
“The campaign is to recover and make our district shine once again, our mission as members of this transformative movement is and will be to rescue our mayor’s office from the bad government that keeps public power kidnapped through forgetfulness and corruption that has led to our demarcation to deterioration and insecurity,” said Torruco.
