According to the Organic Law of the Legislative Function, the Plenary Session of the National Assembly has 30 days to receive presidential observations or insist on your initial proposal. In the event that the Legislature wants to ratify it, They will need 92 votes (absolute majority). If they do not achieve this majority, the Organic Reform Law for the Eradication of Violence and Harassment in all Forms of Work will be published in the Official Registry.
