(ANSA) – ROME, APRIL 02 – PALERMO – The Palermo-Monreale employment center and Confcooperative together to promote the employment of people with disabilities. A memorandum of understanding signed between the CPI and the Palermo headquarters of Confcooperative provides for an enhancement of services to improve the mechanisms for meeting supply and demand.
The opportunity comes from the signing of a memorandum of understanding during the meeting “A network to promote the targeted placement and work integration of people with disabilities” organized by the Palermo and Monreale Employment Center at the Institute of the blind “Florio-Salamone”. The agreement was signed by the new vice-president of Confcooperative Sicilia, Palermo headquarters, Fabio Casamento and the manager of the Palermo and Monreale Employment Centre, Salvatrice Rizzo. The protocol aims to speed up the process of redevelopment of the management methods of services to cooperatives also through the implementation and strengthening of the supply-demand matching service, with the aim of bridging the communication gap between cooperatives and users.
