District Prosecutor’s Office – Stara Zagora charged B.H., 28 years old, for a crime committed in the city of Kazanlak, Stara Zagora district – he caused minor bodily injuries to more than one person – a 59-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman woman, his parents, and the act was committed in the context of domestic violence, the state prosecution reported.
B.H. is also charged with the crime of threatening the 59-year-old man with a crime against his person – murder – on 04/01/2024, also in Kazanlak, and this threat could arouse a reasonable fear of its implementation. The act was committed in the context of domestic violence.
On April 1, 2024, B.H. struck his mother and father. He threatened to kill his father. The parents were abused by their son after a family conflict.
The supervising prosecutor filed an indictment against B.H. and preliminary detention for a period of up to 72 hours. The District Prosecutor’s Office – Stara Zagora is about to submit to the court a request to determine a remand measure “detention in custody” against the accused.
