Born in Ponte dell’Olio, in the Piacenza area, on 31 March 1964 Isabella Ferrari (born Fogliazza) turns 60 today. Her career began very early, at the age of 15, when she won the Miss Teenager competition. As a reward, she obtained a recording contract with the Italian WEA and recorded a record «To be or not to be»: «I was out of tune and I didn’t know how to sing – Ferrari told Sette in 2023 -, but someone, who knows why, thought I could do it. They sent me to Castrocaro and put my face on the cover. A few years ago I found myself in a club in Milan and someone put on my song. It was dizzying.”
