BOLZANO. “The reduction of weekly working hours it is an important step to make work in the public sector even more attractive for the younger generations.” This is the comment of the category secretary Fp/Od, Angelika Hoferon the occasion of the publication of the study byIre in the workplace according to young South Tyroleans.

Indeed, the analysis revealed valuable information about young people’s expectations regarding the workplace at a time of growing shortages of skilled labor and brain drain. «It was particularly interesting to understand what young people expect in terms of pay, working environment and working hours.
