jpnn.com – MAKASSAR – Thousands of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) within the South Sulawesi Provincial Government (Pemprov Sulsel) have completed orientation.

Acting Regional Secretary of South Sulawesi Province Andi Muhammad Arsjad encouraged PPPK to become an agent of change and strength for the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

Andi Arsjad said that regional governments are currently faced with very complex government challenges. On the one hand, there are also many limitations.

“Therefore, the presence of the PPPK can be a new hope and strength for the South Sulawesi Provincial Government to be able to provide better government. (For example) it is reflected in better public services to the community,” said Andi Arsjad when officially closing the PPPK Orientation in Makassar , Wednesday (3/4).

This PPPK orientation activity was attended by 3,434 2021 appointment formations consisting of four waves with 37 batches. However, only 3,410 people were declared to have passed.

Thus, as many as 24 participants did not pass the PPPK orientation.

This PPPK orientation is carried out to provide basic knowledge to participants about how the government administration system provides an understanding of basic values ​​in the context of forming national insight, personality and ethics of ASN.

Facing the challenges towards a Golden Indonesia 2045, it is hoped that teachers will be involved in preparing a generation with superior and competitive human resources.
