As Day.Az reported on Thursday, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decotigny stated this in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia.
“Cooperation also concerns the retraining of Armenian military personnel and military advisers in the Armenian Ministry of Defense, both in Armenia itself and in France,” he emphasized.
It should be noted that France, which carries out comprehensive arming of Armenia and encourages militarism in the region, in every possible way prevents the restoration of stability and peace in the region. How false this country’s policy towards Azerbaijan was became clear both during the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group and during the 44-day Patriotic War.
However, France must understand that presenting Armenia, which is an occupying state, as a “peacemaker” and supporting it will not benefit anyone.
