The popular fashion and beauty blogger, Lavinia Stathakis, died yesterday after a health problem she was dealing with.
The unpleasant news of the death of Lavinia Stathakis became more widely known today through her Instagram account.
“Our beloved Lavinia left us yesterday for the neighborhood of angels after a brave battle. We say goodbye to her tomorrow, Friday 5/4 at 11:00 am at I.N. Prophet Ilias of Agia Paraskevi”, her relatives wrote in a post on her profile.
The beloved influencer, who was the creator of the blog Drums of Fashion and winner of Marie Claire’s Style Influencer Award, is survived by her husband and three young children.
As soon as she was informed of the unpleasant news, the journalist Christina Politis published a photo of them together, writing in the caption: “Lavinia Stathakis and I shared a few years ago in Barcelona the most shocking dinner of my life at least… since then we have had a warm contact with many hearts and mutual admiration.
It was with great sadness and immense shock that I just learned of her passing… a young beautiful mother of 3, an optimistic woman who turned out to be a lad. Heartfelt condolences to her family and another message for all of us who are left behind and consumed by the toxicity – yes, I can’t find another word – that plagues our time and our country.”
