This is 4.05 percentage points (p) higher than the voter turnout rate (16.46%) during the early voting period in the 21st general election, and is the highest at the same time based on general elections in which advance voting was applied. The cumulative voter turnout by region was 20.74% (1,723,697 people) in Seoul, 19.27% ​​(555,921 people) in Busan, 16.26% (333,546 people) in Daegu, and 19.36% (500,047 people) in Incheon.
