Bikaner : The NIA team has raided the house of Rohit Godara, the biggest henchman of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. On Saturday morning suddenly the NIA team reached Rohit Godara’s house in Lunkaransar in Bikaner district. NIA officials interrogated Rohit Godara’s family members and relatives for several hours. After this, strict instructions were given by the NIA to the family members and relatives to inform the NIA in case of any contact with Rohit Godara. If anyone hides information, strict action will be taken against them.
No news from local police
This action of NIA was done in a completely confidential manner. Without informing the local police, NIA officers reached the house of gangster Rohit Godara and interrogated the family members for a long time. NIA asked the family members and relatives whether they ever get a call from Rohit Godara. Whether he contacts any family members or relatives through any app or not. Inquiries were also made about this. The NIA team also checked the mobile numbers of the family members and obtained their bank account details. NIA at its level is trying to find out whether Rohit Godara remains in touch with his family members or relatives or not. Bikaner SP Tejaswani Gautam says that no information was given to the police about the arrival of the NIA team.
Tightened the screws after Rahul’s arrest
A week ago, the police had arrested Delhi resident Rahul who had made a fake passport. It was Rahul who had made the fake passport of Rohit Godara. Rahul also makes fake passports by preparing fake documents in the name of helping people in making passports in Delhi. In return he takes one to two lakh rupees. Police have recovered several fake documents including PAN card, Aadhar card from accused Rahul. Only after the arrest of Rahul, who made fake passport, NIA has tightened its grip on Rohit Godara.
Many cases are registered against Rohit Godara
Rohit Godara, who handles gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, is hiding abroad. He operates the entire network while sitting abroad. He lures the new youth with money and joins the gang and keeps committing crimes by providing them weapons. In many states including Rajasthan, several cases related to extortion by giving death threats to big businessmen are registered against Rohit Godara. Rohit’s henchmen demand lakhs of rupees from businessmen. If the money is not given then he gets fired. Many such incidents have happened in other states including Rajasthan. Police has been searching for Rohit Godara for several months.
