DIG/ ISO 45001 certified since 2015, Sobraga is taking a new step in its policy of continuous improvement of health and safety at work by installing, on Friday March 29, 2024, its Occupational Health and Safety Committee (CSST) at the Owendo headquarters.
Made up of a representative of the general director, the safety manager, the nurse and staff representatives, the CSST is installed for a three-year mandate, during which its main role will be to analyze professional risks and working conditions. work.
The CSST also a prevention and awareness-raising role and fighting in particular against professional risks in the establishment linked to the behavior of agents (harassment, etc.).
The CSST is therefore a staff representative institution specializing in compliance with health and safety rules at work as well as in the evaluation of working conditions.
Alongside other staff representative bodies such as Staff Delegates, Union Delegates, the Permanent Committee for Economic, Social and Environmental Consultation (CPCESE), the CSST is an organ of social dialogue.

Sobraga has been ISO 45 001 certified since 2015 on all of its sites and places health and safety at work among the priority subjects in all factories in Libreville and throughout the country.
