A man, whose identity has not been released, was found dead outside Nottingham Forest live: follow the match minute by minute”>Tottenham Hotspur‘s stadium on Saturday night (6/4) after being stabbed.
The London team in a statement confirmed the incident, but made it clear that there is no question of holding the home match against Nottingham Forest which is to be played tonight (7/4, 8:00 p.m.).
“Following an incident in which a person has lost their life, we are doing everything we can to facilitate the ongoing Police investigation, which is of the utmost importance.
Today’s Premier League match against Nottingham Forest will go ahead as scheduled, however the whole of Northumberland Park Road and Vicarage Road, as well as the northern end of Worcester Avenue, will remain closed throughout.
We will update fans as much as we can and ask them to be patient.
Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and all those affected,” Tottenham said in a statement.
