Today, Tuesday, Rafidain Bank directed its branches in Baghdad and the governorates to facilitate procedures for granting loans and other banking services.
The bank’s media office said in a statement received by the (INA): “It instructed its branches to speed up the procedures for granting loans, receiving citizens, and dealing with them well with great responsibility to achieve a higher level of service and follow up on their transactions and according to the instructions and approved contexts, away from episodes of red tape and saving time and effort, in accordance with “For the requirements of implementing the government program to provide the best services, as well as doubling efforts with the aim of achieving economic activity, spreading the spirit of cooperation and working as one team, and enhancing direct communication and positive interaction with citizen requests.”
The statement added, “The bank addressed the branch employees to make every effort to complete citizens’ transactions, simplify procedures, overcome obstacles, improve the services provided to them, and contribute to meeting their needs to advance the work process.”
