This activity is in order to share blessings and goodness at the end of the holy month of Ramadan 1445 H.

The distribution of gifts in the form of basic necessities, apart from being a form of concern for Indonesian Navy soldiers towards the community, is also a form of concern for each other.

Apart from that, it strengthens a sense of togetherness and kinship towards other people and of course to help people who are in need.

Commander of the 3rd Marine Infantry Battalion, Marine Lieutenant Colonel Adid Kurniawan Wicaksono, said that the distribution of basic necessities was a form of the Indonesian Navy’s concern for the community.

He said activities like this were an effort to get soldiers closer to the community.

“Hopefully the basic food parcels that we give to the community can bring happiness to those who receive them. “Apart from that, this activity can further increase togetherness and serve as an opportunity for friendship with the community so that good relations can be maintained and maintained even better,” concluded Danyonif 3 Marines.

On a separate occasion, Chief of Naval Staff (KSAL) Admiral TNI Dr. Muhammad Ali said that Indonesian Navy Soldiers must always help the surrounding community as a form of TNI presence that is beneficial to the surrounding community and can provide solutions to existing problems.(Fri/Jpnn)
