Hyderabad: The conductor cut the full ticket including the chicken for the passenger who traveled with the rooster. This was the experience of Muhammad Ali, a traveler traveling from Pettah to Karimnagar in Telangana. He and Poovan Kozhi were traveling in a Telangana State Transport bus.
Usually such trips are allowed on the bus after buying something extra. But the conductor insisted that the chicken also need a full ticket. Anything living on the bus must have a ticket, whether it is human or animal. The conductor also advised that it is wrong to travel in foreign countries without taking a ticket, says Mohammad Ali.
Wrapped in cloth, Muhammad Ali gathered the chicken together. The conductor did not notice the chicken when he first cut the ticket for Muhammad Ali. Later, when he realized that it was a chicken, he came and cut the ticket for Rs 30. Mohammad Ali initially refused to take the ticket, but the ticket was cut short due to a dispute. Video of the incident between the conductor and Muhammad Ali is going viral.
