Nowadays everyone is using Google Map. Google Map works to show you the way, but many times when you travel on routes like Yamuna Express, where there is no one to show you the way. During that time, if you like any hotel or restaurant or CNG petrol, where you may have to visit again, then you can mark it on Google Map.
Users can mark their favorite places on Google Map in two ways. For this you can use computer or mobile device.
How to market on computer
- First of all open Google Map. After this tap on maps.google.com on your browser.
- After this, search the location you want to mark.
- Then a pop-up window will appear, where information about that place will be visible.
- After this you have to click on Save option.
- An address popup window will appear next to the Save button.
- After this the place will have to be saved.
After this a menu will appear, in which you will be asked which place you want to save. You can create a new list. Or you can update the options in the old list.
for mobile devices
- First of all, open Google Map on your Android or iOS device.
- After this, search for the location you want to mark through the search bar or zoom in map.
- After this you will see the details page of that place.
- Then you have to tap on the Save option visible on the screen.
- After this the place will have to be saved.
Similarly, you have to select the list on the desktop version.

- You can add notes to your added locations by tapping the note icon next to the address in the list.
- You can access your added locations by opening the menu in the Google Maps app and tapping “Your Places.”
- You can share the location with others by tapping on the share icon next to the location in the list.
