A teenager residing in La Palma, Arroyo Naranjo, Havana, has been missing since March 30.

Analía Leyanet Carmona Pérez, 13 years old, suffers from a mild intellectual disability and there is no information about her whereabouts since the aforementioned date.

Leyanet is described as a young woman with dark brown hair, black eyes and a height of 1.70 meters. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red dress, white sneakers, and was carrying a small beige purse.

Her mother, identified on Facebook as “Osmaray la mulatica,” has been making fervent calls on social media requesting help to find her daughter. Desperate, she has shared her contact number (63720615) and has implored Analía to return home, assuring her of the unconditional love of her family.

“My daughter, if you can see this publication, I implore you, I beg you, my love, come home, you know that mom loves you very much, that without you my life has no meaning, that you are the most beautiful thing I have in my life,” says part of the message.

For her part, Marta María Ramírez, a local activist, has highlighted the importance of concentrating efforts on the search for Analía. This isn’t the first time she’s gone missing; Her mother has reported her absence on three previous occasions. Ramírez has criticized the lack of action by the authorities, who have the duty to guarantee the safety of all citizens, especially those in vulnerable situations like Analía.

It should be noted that on a previous occasion, on March 7, 2023, Analía was found in Managua, Arroyo Naranjo, after having remained away from her home for 17 days. However, her current situation remains unknown, and anyone who may have information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the relevant authorities.
