The creation of new permanent positions for the administrative area of the Superior Electoral Court (Unified TSE) is on the agenda at the National Council of Justice (CNJ)!
As reported through the news portal of the National Federation of Workers of the Federal Judiciary and Public Ministry of the Union (Fenajufe), the draft law provides for the creation of 474 chargesbeing:
- 232 for Judicial Analyst; It is
- 242 for Judicial Technician.
Councilors will be able to analyze the feasibility of creating positions, with distribution scheduled between the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) and TREs (Regional Electoral Courts), until the day April 14, 2024.
