New Delhi: IPL fans’ eagerly awaited mega auction starts in Bangalore. Each team can have a minimum of 18 players and a maximum of 25 players on the team.
The IPL 2022 Mega Auction in Bangalore will be held for two days from today. In this auction, many players can be taken for a higher amount. In this auction, 10 teams are going to spend around Rs 561 crore for 590 players.

With the two new teams joining the IPL from this year onwards, the usual right-to-match card will not be possible.
30 cricketers from Tamil Nadu are participating in this mega auction. As the Tamil Nadu team performed well in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Series and the Vijay Hazare Trophy Series, it is expected that more Tamil Nadu players will bid.

Where will the auction take place?
IPL 2022 Auction (IPL Mega Auction 2022) is taking place in Bangalore. Owners and officials of all 10 teams will bid on the players they want. The competition will be strong in an effort to make the IPL team better.
When does the auction start?
The auction for IPL 2022 will start on 12 February 2022 at 11.00 am Indian time. This time 590 cricketers will be up for auction. This time 1214 players from 19 countries have registered for the mega auction. Of these, only 590 players will be up for auction.
