Latin star Marc Anthony put his Villa Costanera mansion in Coral Gables, Miami, up for sale for a sum of $27 million.
It is a three-story property with 12 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a swimming pool, spa and even a private dock that he bought two years ago for 19 million from Hilda María Bacardí, great-great-granddaughter of the founder of the Bacardí rum multinational.
Villa Costanera is inspired by the architecture of the Italian Amalfi Coast and occupies a plot of land of more than 1,500 square meters. Quite a dream that very few would like to give up.
Although perhaps, for the 52-year-old singer there is a reason to sell it: the luxurious mansion is very close to the residence of his ex-wife and mother of his twins, Jennifer López, who lives happily with her current fiancé, former athlete Alex Rodríguez.
Will there still be ashes from that fire for Marc? We don’t know that. What we can assure is that the buyer of Villa Costanera will be more than happy with his new acquisition. Who wouldn’t be? It could be you?
