From April 24 to April 27, 2024, the Days of Russian Cinema will be held in Azerbaijan, Day.Az reports. Screenings within the framework of Cinema Days will take place at the Nizami Cinema Center in Baku.
The program of the Days of Russian Cinema includes the screening of four new Russian full-length films, followed by their discussion and a creative meeting with the artist representing each film.
The following films will be presented to the attention of Azerbaijani viewers: “Nuremberg” (directed by Nikolai Lebedev), the film will be presented by the leading actor, actor of the State Theater of Nations Sergei Kempo; “The Seagull” (directed by Polina Lazareva), the film will be presented by the film’s director, actress of the Moscow Academic Theater named after V. Mayakovsky Polina Lazareva; “Treasures of the Partisan Forest” (directed by Georgy Ilyin), the film will be presented by the leading actress, actress of the School of Modern Play, Luna Theater and Comedy Theater Elena Zakharova; “Hockey Dads” (directed by Andrey Bulanov), the film will be presented by the leading actor, actor of the Russian State Theater “Satyricon” named after. Arkady Raikin Alexey Bardukov. The Cinema Days program also includes a screening of the animated film “Chink: The Tailed Detective” (directed by Grigory Vozhakin).
