A journey along the legendary thousand-year-old Olive Road! In the past, olives came to Spain via the Mediterranean Sea, and Peniscola was the center of olive trade. There, you can taste the dazzling Mediterranean Sea, the island-like village scenery, and Boquerones en Vinagre. It is a food made by pickling anchovies in vinegar and olive oil.
