BOLZANO. Il bishop Ivo Muser has arranged a series of changes in the diocese which will come into force from September 1st. Among others, Fabian Tirler is appointed new diocesan judicial vicar e Ivo Costanzi new dean of Val Gardena. The list in detail:
– Fabian TirlerChancellor of the diocese, judge of the diocesan Tribunal and of the Regional Tribunal and parish representative in Rio Pusteria as well as pastoral collaborator in the Rodengo pastoral unit and Director of the Priestly Foedus, in addition he was appointed Judicial Vicar of the diocese of Bolzano-Bressanone (competent for matters judicial marriages according to canon law)
– P. Alois Hillebrand OFMCap, Judicial Vicar of the diocese of Bolzano-Bressanone and diocesan judge for 32 years, is relieved of his role as Judicial Vicar and appointed Vice-Judicial Vicar of the diocese
– Ivo Costanziparish priest of Selva and S. Cristina, in addition he was appointed dean of Val Gardena, responsible for the pastoral unit “Union pasturela Gherdëina” as well as parish priest of Ortisei and Bulla-Roncadizza
– Giorgio Carlicooperator in Vipiteno and coordinator for the pastoral care in Italian of the deanery of Vipiteno as well as responsible for the permanent deacons, in addition he is appointed parish manager of Trens
– Konrad Gasserparish priest of S. Andrea in Monte and parish manager of Albes, Sarnes, Eores and Luson leaves these roles and is appointed head of the Ortles pastoral unit as well as parish priest of Prato allo Stelvio-Agumes and parish manager of Solda, Stelvio, Trafoi and Montechiaro .
– Michael Lezuoparish priest of Lazfons and parish manager of Velturno, leaves these roles and is appointed parish priest of S. Andrea in Monte and parish manager of Albes, Sarnes, Eores and Luson.
– Georg Martindean of Chiusa-Castelrotto, responsible for the pastoral unit Chiusa-Sabiona, parish priest of Chiusa as well as parish manager of Gudon, Ponte Gardena and Colma, in addition he is appointed parish manager of Lazfons and Velturno.
– Kizito Yves Menanga, cooperator in Brunico, leaves his post and is appointed parish administrator of S. Lorenzo di Sebato, Mantana and Onies. The legal representative of the parishes will be Dean Josef Knapp.
– Florian Öttlhead of the Ortles pastoral unit as well as parish priest of Prato allo Stelvio-Agumes and parish manager of Solda, Stelvio, Trafoi and Montechiaro, leaves these roles and is appointed head of the Alta Val Passiria pastoral unit as well as parish priest of Moso in Passiria, Plan, Plata, Corvara in Passiria and Stulles.
– Alois Pitscheiderdean of Val Gardena and head of the pastoral unit “Union pasturela Gherdëina” as well as parish priest of Ortisei and Bulla-Roncadizza, leaves these roles and is appointed pastoral collaborator in the pastoral unit.
– Oswald Kuenzerhead of the Alta Val Passiria pastoral unit as well as parish priest of Moso in Passiria, Plan, Plata, Corvara in Passiria and Stulles, leaves these roles and is appointed pastoral collaborator in the Bressanone pastoral unit.
– Franz Kunigparish priest of S. Lorenzo di Sebato, Mantana and Onies, leaves these roles and is appointed pastoral collaborator in the Brunico-San Lorenzo pastoral unit.

– P. Anish Kizhackemundakam Antony CFICspiritual assistant at the Bolzano hospital and pastoral collaborator in the Holy Family parish of Bolzano, has been released from these roles (from 03.31.2024).
– P. Joseph Francis Kuttiyath CFICspiritual assistant at the Bolzano hospital and pastoral collaborator in the Mother Teresa of Calcutta parish of Bolzano as well as spiritual assistant of UNITALSI, was released from these roles (31.3.2024).
