The American singer and two-time Oscar winner Billie Eilish (22) is releasing her third album. “Hit Me Hard and Soft” will be released on May 17th, she shared via Instagram.
She was nervous and excited, she wrote in a message to her fans with lots of emojis. She and her brother Finneas couldn’t be prouder of the album. Eilish, full name Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O’Connell, and Finneas O’Connell write songs together.
As a 17-year-old, the exceptional artist stormed the charts with her debut album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” (2019). Her second record “Happier Than Ever” was released in 2021. In 2022, the siblings won the Oscar for best song with “No Time To Die” from the Bond film “No Time to Die”. This March they won their second trophy with the “Barbie” song “What Was I Made For?”
In her announcement, Eilish linked her brother and photographer William Drumm, who is known for underwater photography. She also posted a photo that shows the singer floating underwater below a white door.
