The man delivered the news through an emotional video on his Instagram, in which he explains that the dog suffered an accident that unfortunately ended his life. There, in addition, he realized that the animal passed away on February 27 and that he received the burial in his house.
Tierra Brava foreman reveals how Canelo died
After filming on Tierra Brava wrapped in December, it was the foreman of the program who was in charge of Canelo’s care. However, at the beginning of this year the dog suffered an accident from which he could not recover.
“He suffered an accident, was hospitalized and finally couldn’t take it anymore due to the consequences of the accident. He did everything humanly possible, but he did not survive,” explained José Miguel Gutiérrez.
“Everyone may wonder why didn’t you tell it before. Believe me, it has been super difficult for me and my family to have to process and live with the information, but there comes a minute when you really can’t take it anymore.”said the man.
Finally, the foreman recalled: “Canelo was a happy dog, very happy, during the time he lived here in my house, and I want to keep that. (…) He was one more of the family, he was one more of the countryside.”
