ManagerNoProfit arrives in the Marche region to support the third sector – Health and Wellbeing

(ANSA) – ANCONA, APRIL 12 – ManagerNoProfit arrives in the Marche to help those who help others by putting themselves at the service of associations and social cooperatives. The initiative comes from a couple of entrepreneurs, Zeffirino Perini and Virgilio Lattanzi, who intend to transfer to the Marche region the model of the voluntary organization already widespread throughout Northern Italy, with headquarters in Milan and sections in Bergamo, Bologna, Padua, Turin, Trento and Treviso. ManagerNoProfit provides a mix of skills and professionalism of its members to grow or consolidate the Third Sector organizations that ask for help, acting in compliance with their values ​​and “with integrity, transparency and solidarity” informs a note.
The organization has existed since 2016, today has more than 120 members distributed across seven operational offices and over the course of its life, it has assisted over 200 entities and associations by operating on more than 250 projects. The Third Sector Bodies (ETS) with which ManagerNoProfit collaborates have the most diverse legal forms and range from Volunteer Organizations, to Social Promotion Associations, to Foundations of Parents with disabled family members or affected by genetic or rare diseases, to Social Cooperatives, to cultural voluntary associations. Perini and Lattanzi founded a successful company in the IT and telecommunications sector about 20 years ago, which was then sold to a large group and they decided to dedicate part of their time and skills to the non-profit world for free. According to Perini, head of Pl Consulenze, “the associations created to help others, such as Third Sector organisations, need managerial skills to grow and continue to help others better”.
