He Mexico City Metrobus The service debuted this week in the new Indios Verdes station on Line 1located north of the entity, and did it in a very creative way in the company of the “Barbie Guide”one of the most remembered figures from the Toy Story movie saga.
“I am the Barbie Guide, keep your hands, arms and accessories inside the Metrobús and take lots of photographs, please,” begins the narrative of one of the CDMX Metrobús workers in order to provide accurate information about the station that replaces a facility occupied for almost 19 years since June 19, 2005.
Wearing white tennis shoes, a pink skirt, a white t-shirt, a pink pashmina around her neck and an official vest from the capital organization, the “Barbie Guide” welcomes the new Indios Verdes terminal station on Line 1 and explains how new entries work and their addresses.
The minute and a half long clip seeks to be an attractive and entertaining way to explain to citizens its new operation and thus identify the access doors, depending on the destination: direction Insurgentes, direction Pueblo Santa Cruz Atoyac (connection with Line 3), direction Dr. Gálvez and direction El Caminero.
At the end of the video that was quickly accepted by netizens, the young woman recounts the popular dialogue of the doll participating in Toy Story while behind her is a Metrobús unit.
“Thank you, come back soon, a thousand kisses was a pleasure. Have they already left, have they all left? Oh, but how barbaric! I can’t smile like that all the time, my cheeks are numb. I can rest? I need a break. Yeah? Please. Oh, they are worth a thousand,” concluded the young woman dressed as the “Barbie Guide.”
