Al Hilal Saudi Club continued its historic journey this season, and added the Saudi Super Cup title to its treasury, on Thursday evening.

Al Hilal won the Saudi Super Cup, which was held in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, by defeating Al-Ittihad Jeddah in the final match, with a score of 4-1.

Al Hilal’s two stars, Brazilian Malcolm and Saudi Salem Al Dosari, scored two goals with great skill in the first half, while Al Ittihad’s Moroccan striker Abdel Razzaq Hamdallah scored the only goal, after a penalty kick saved by Yassine Bounou returned to his feet, putting it into the net.

The brilliant Malcolm returned to add the third goal for Al Hilal, then the Saudi Nasser Al Dosari scored the fourth goal, in the final minutes of the match, to seal the Super Cup title with a Hilal quadruple that confirmed his absolute “leadership” this season.

This title is considered Al Hilal’s first title this season, while Al-Zaeem is still competing in the Saudi League, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, and the AFC Champions League.

With this result, Al Khalal achieved his 34th consecutive victory, which is the highest number of consecutive victories for a club in football history.
