Once again, the Ticket online reservation platform is undergoing maintenance, which affects those users who, in other services, scheduled their appointment to purchase dollars and euros.
The official Ticket account, replicated by CADECA, announced the temporary departure of the platform this Wednesday, November 22, due to a technical stoppage in the infrastructure of the Xetid Company. From 12:00 m, and for a maximum period of 8 hours, base connectivity will be affected.
For their part, several clients reported that they had not been able to make good use of the platform for days. Let us remember that last August, the application presented problems in its operation, to the point that several clients with appointments to go to the CADECA offices lost their appointments, after waiting for months.
Faced with the news, some customers commented: “For days, logging in has been horrible. The waiting room always had something go wrong”, “I hope that after the maintenance one enters the application well”.
Additionally, a question arose as to why maintenance should be carried out during daytime hours and the platform’s response was that: “the stoppage carried out is for electrical maintenance reasons, it does not depend solely on the Ticket Platform staff.”
This Cuban platform allows you to process online reservations for services provided by entities of the state, cooperative, private or mixed sector on the island, and is available both in a web version and in the form of a mobile application called TICKET APP.
