In a meeting she had with members of the Chamber of Transformation Industry of Nuevo León (Caintra), the opposition candidate explained that this agency will support with loans mainly women and young entrepreneurs who start or want to improve their micro or small business. .

With this, said the candidate, she plans to promote the most ambitious financing program for entrepreneurs and microentrepreneurs in Latin America and become a benchmark in the region.
“In this agency we are going to provide resources to everyone who wants a business and improve it, with special emphasis on entrepreneurship in women and young people.
“We are going to put special emphasis there. “We are going to implement the largest program for the digitalization of micro and small businesses,” he said before the royal businessmen.
This agency, he explained, will work with companies and the next point is to design and implement an industrial policy to link small companies with large production chains.
He added that the agency he proposes to create will work so that the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and agencies of the Federal Government simplify the procedures that are a real “headache” for businessmen.
Likewise, he continued, he will build a system so that all public tenders of the Federal Government are digital, companies send their proposals online and any citizen can review them.

When addressing the issue of combating corruption and impunity, Gálvez proposed that the appointments of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) be reviewed so that it has a truly autonomous prosecutor and the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) maintain autonomous commissioners and the agency has “teeth” like the Superior Audit of the Federation (ASF) and the latter is an institution that can bring to justice officials who are proven to have acts of corruption.
During his visit to Nuevo León, Gálvez Ruiz also met with the student community of the University of Monterrey (UDEM), to whom he presented his plan to create a Universal Scholarship so that all children and adolescents in the country, from preschool to high school , receive financial support and can study in a public or private school.
He emphasized that he contemplates the return of the scholarships for researchers that the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt) previously had and that the current Federal Government removed.
