Thanks to this particular interest granted by the INDH to entrepreneurship during its third phase, many young project leaders in Marrakech were able to launch their businesses and engage in the socio-economic and professional dynamics experienced by the ocher city.

Among the projects carried out within the framework of the INDH program relating to the improvement of income and the economic inclusion of young people, it is worth mentioning the project to create the training and advice center “ZH Finance Conseil “.

Directed by Habiba Zenani, the center provides advice and offers training in several areas, including applied accounting, business management, banking services, feasibility and project studies, and monitoring of project leaders.

The young woman, who began this adventure with simple limited means by working from home, saw her dream come true thanks to the support of the INDH, which allowed her to open this center to share her experience and expertise. in applied accounting with young people.

In a statement to MAP, Ms. Zenani explained that the INDH provided her with the necessary supervision and technical support during the pre-creation phase of her business, in addition to financial support during the post-creation phase. , which allowed it to acquire office equipment and supplies, and the fitting out of the premises.

This project, which employs five people, welcomes young people with higher education diplomas on a daily basis, looking for work, and to whom “we offer training to strengthen their skills with a view to finding a job”, he said. she lets it be known.

After a difficult start like any new project, “we are now working with companies in other cities in the Kingdom as well as with foreign investors”, she noted, calling on young Moroccans to take advantage of the INDH which ensures to accompany them and provide them with support to achieve their ambitions.

Note that this project, which demonstrates the interest given by the INDH to supporting start-ups and supporting young people in the field of entrepreneurship, required a financial envelope of 180,000 DH, including 100,000 as contribution of the Initiative.
