President of the Aktoty Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Raimkulova visited the Literature Support Foundation “House of Writers” and met with the executive director of the Foundation, Shafag Mehraliyeva.
As Day.Az reported on Wednesday with reference to TurkicWorld, the meeting highlighted the activities of the Literature Support Fund “House of Writers”, created in Icherisheher, where a prominent representative of the history of national literary and artistic thought of Azerbaijan of the 20th century, writer, lived in 1929-1941. scientist-teacher Mir Jalal Pashayev.
President of the Aktoty Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Raimkulova was informed about the life and work of Mir Jalal Pashayev. Having examined the house-museum, she got acquainted with photographs and valuables belonging to the writer.
At Aktota’s meeting, Raimkulova mentioned that within the framework of the Foundation’s multifaceted activities, projects are being implemented to promote the heritage of the great poets and writers of the Turkic world, as well as to further deepen the literary and cultural integration of the Turkic peoples in the modern era. She also spoke about the planned projects of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation to unite young writers of Turkic peoples, as well as highlight their works.
The meeting ended with a discussion of joint cooperation between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Literature Support Foundation “House of Literature”, as well as issues of mutual interest.
