Situation in Libya: Mr. Bourita meets with the affairs manager at the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Cairo – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, Nasser Bourita, held talks on Wednesday in Cairo with Taher Al Baour, the business management officer at the Libyan Ministry of Affairs Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation within the unity government in Libya.
This interview, which took place on the sidelines of the work of the 161st session of the Arab League Council at the level of foreign ministers, was an opportunity to review the latest developments in the situation in Libya.
Mr. Bourita affirmed, in a speech before the Arab ministerial meeting, that the Kingdom of Morocco will continue its action to bring together the appropriate conditions and climate to achieve a comprehensive political settlement in Libya, through the holding of credible elections. and transparent, far from any foreign interference, so as to guarantee the appropriation by the Libyans of the political process on the basis of the Skhirat agreement, concluded in 2015, as a general framework of the political solution in Libya.
