jpnn.comJAKARTA – The National Mandate Party (PAN) is in principle very happy if there is post-election reconciliation and it is hoped that all political forces can be reunited.

In this way, the parties have provided a way to determine the winner of the election.

PAN also welcomes the United Development Party (PPP), which previously supported Ganjar-Mahfud, to join the coalition supporting Prabowo-Gibran, but with a note.

“If (PPP) wants to join, yes, go ahead. Very good. The important thing is not to make complicated conditions. Everything must be entrusted to Prabowo-Gibran,” said Chairman of the PAN DPR faction Saleh Partaonan Daulay, Tuesday (16/4).

According to Saleh, it would be very ethical if the supporting parties that have been struggling were spoken to and asked for their opinions.

“We formulate a pattern of cooperation and don’t forget to discuss what we will give and get. That’s normal in politics,” continued Saleh.

However, Saleh said that PPP should not just talk about wanting to join, but should declaratively congratulate the Prabowo-Gibran pair and acknowledge the victory of pair 02.

“There are a lot of people who are thinking about joining. That’s just fine. However, recognition is also important. At least to maintain cohesiveness and peace in society,” said the member of the DPR for Electoral District II of North Sumatra.

Chairman of the PAN faction of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Saleh Daulay, reacted this way to the PPP claiming that it was ready to join the coalition supporting Prabowo-Gibran.
