The 51st meeting of the Board of Directors of Community Bank Bangladesh, plc was held. The meeting was held at the police headquarters on Tuesday (April 16). It was presided over by IGP of Police and Chairman of Community Bank Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun.
The meeting approved the bank’s financial statements for the year 2023 and recommended a cash dividend of 10.40 percent. Apart from this, some investment proposals and decisions on various important issues of the bank were taken in the meeting.
