The Russian Armed Forces conducted this morning – Wednesday 17 April – three missile attacks in Chernihiv, in northern Ukraine: the toll is at least a dozen dead. The video, shot inside a hospital, shows the tense moments of the attack. First the roar, then the cries of the patients who flee. A man, shown in the foreground, tries to take cover by lying on the ground. The attack, President Volodymyr Zelensky said, could have been avoided if the country had received sufficient anti-aircraft defenses. The head of the city’s military administration, Dmitro Brijinski, said about 60 people were injured, including two children.
