The head coach of the Bulgarian national women’s volleyball team, Lorenzo Micelli, announced the extended list of players who have been registered for the Volleyball League of Nations.

The roster includes 30 volleyball players, but it will be reduced for the camp that starts next week.

Micheli’s headquarters have planned four controls as part of the preparations. Two of them are against Ukraine (May 7 and 8), and the other two are against Belgium (May 10 and 11).

Our ladies start their participation in the sixth edition of the League of Nations on May 14 in Antalya (Turkey), where they will play the Netherlands, Japan, France and Italy. The team left for the first race on May 12.

According to the 2024 Nations League regulations, teams will play 12 matches (3 groups of 4 matches each).

The seven best teams in the final standings qualify for the finals (June 20-23) together with the host.

In the second week, our team will travel to Arlington, USA (May 28-June 2), where they will play against USA, Serbia, Germany and Korea.

The last tournament is in Hong Kong, China (June 11-16), where we will compete against Thailand, the Dominican Republic, China and Brazil.
