PAOK Rhodes was crowned the champion of the Aegean for the second year in a row, after a sensational ongoing game, they beat A.O. with a 3-0 set. Ano Syros.
In the final of the Seventh Region (Aegean), the Dodecanese champions beat the Syrians and will now claim promotion to the national categories in the play-off matches against the champions of Athens, Piraeus, Crete and Peloponnese, where three of the five teams will win their promotion to the A2 Category.
PAOK Rhodes gave their all throughout the match and using their experience as a weapon, declared themselves “present” at the crucial points, taking the big victory. In the 3rd set especially “hearts were broken”, with PAOK Rhodes winning 31-29 and taking the victory and the title of Aegean champion.
