The directorate added, “Following the report, a security patrol moved in response to the report of the incident, which led to the victim being injured in multiple areas in his abdomen, right leg, and chest, which required his admission to the hospital.”

She pointed out that “during the investigations, the complainant reported that the cause of the problem was a dispute that broke out between him and the accused, over the installation of an aluminum cupboard, and when the accused came to the victim’s house to install the cupboard, he asked him for an additional amount, contrary to the agreement that had been made between them, and a verbal altercation and quarrel occurred, which led to him being shot. the victim”.

According to the Directorate, “it was revealed through investigations that the accused is named M. A. M., born in 1983, of Jordanian nationality, residing in the city of Benghazi, confessed to what was attributed to him and was referred to the Public Prosecution.”
