In Cuba, an urgent call has been launched to the community to save an animal in a serious state of malnutrition and with an injured leg.
She is a dog and her situation is heartbreaking, she can barely get up and her health is rapidly deteriorating.
The desperate call has been spread on the social network Facebook by Yenney Caballero, who claims that a young man is feeding her because it seems that they abandoned her in a place full of mountains, leaving her to her fate.
“He can hardly even get up, his leg is in bad condition, please someone to provide temporary help in everything, before it is too late,” says part of the message.
However, the young man who helps her faces a difficult situation: his own dog is fighting distemper, limiting his ability to provide further assistance to the helpless animal.
Taking her home would be condemning her to certain death, because she could become infected with the disease.
In this sense, the Cuban is asking for a temporary home for the dog, offering to provide her with food, but for her to have care to save her life.
The Antillean also asked netizens to share the publication to save the animal’s life, ensuring that it is not necessary to be an animalist to be able to help in situations like these.
“YOU CAN ALSO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LIFE AND THE DEATH OF A LITTLE ANIMAL UNDER THESE CONDITIONS,” concludes the message from the Cuban woman asking for help for the dog.
The Antilleans have commented regretting the abandonment of this animal and assuring that they will help share the information in order to contribute for the dog’s life.
