“This cabinet, to which a vote of no confidence will be voted, will continue to act, but the president will not be obliged to appoint new ministers to replace those removed. In general, the Holy Synod acts faster than our Constitutional Court”, this said the professor of constitutional law Prof. Plamen Kirov in the program “The Day Begins” on BNT.
According to him, everything is possible in Bulgaria. The lecturer presented a theory on how a vote of no confidence in the official cabinet could be voted.
“The parliamentary group of the PP-DB forms a thematic majority with the opposition and replaces Rosen Zhelyazkov. The new chairman includes in the agenda a vote of no confidence in the official cabinet. Everything is possible in our parliament,” explained the professor.
“The figure of Daniel Mitov is unacceptable for the president and he will not agree. He will ask Glavchev for another proposal. It is unlikely that the president will agree to appoint Daniel Mitov as acting minister of foreign affairs,” he also said.
